La sociedad de management All Parts Move es titular de una sentencia firme y definitiva —copia a continuación— dictada contra la cantante española y ex personalidad de Amazon, Concha Buika (@Buika), su hermana y representante Polita Buika, y/o su entidad hoy desaparecida, BbyB LLC, por un importe que actualmente supera los US$550,000.
Las sumas adeudadas corresponden a anticipos de gastos personales, facturas abonadas en nombre de la artista y honorarios de management debidamente devengados y no satisfechos.
La ejecución y cobro de la sentencia se ha visto obstaculizada debido a que la Sra. Buika evita realizar actuaciones en los Estados Unidos, reside parte del tiempo en la República Dominicana, donde se encuentra en preparación una acción judicial adicional, y aparentemente no mantiene domicilio conocido en ninguna jurisdicción.
En nombre de los acreedores, se solicita a quien disponga de información actualizada de domicilio físico, fiscal o de notificación de Concha Buika, Polita Buika y/o entidades vinculadas, que tenga a bien compartirla.

Management company All Parts Move holds a final and enforceable judgment — copy below — against Spanish singer and former Amazon La Voz personality Concha Buika (@Buika), her sister and manager Polita Buika, and/or their now-defunct entity, BbyB LLC, in an amount currently exceeding US$550,000.The sums awarded arise from advanced personal expenses, invoices paid on the artist’s behalf, and accrued and unpaid management fees.
Enforcement and collection of the judgment have been impeded by Ms. Buika’s avoidance of performances in the United States, her partial residence in the Dominican Republic, where additional legal action is being prepared, and the fact that no known or stable address currently exists in any jurisdiction.
